I spent Labor Day Weekend in the Hampton's with my girlfriends. Of course, we all had big dreams of wearing next-to-nothing one last time, but sadly, the sweaters were out in full force. Not that I am really complaining. There are SO MANY AMAZING trends happening this Fall. I mean, we are all about to be hella comfy! Have you heard that stilettos are basically out? It's all about rocking a lower, chunky, square heel (if you chose to wear a heel at all). Shoes are flatter, boxier, heavier... it's so amazing. Everything is androgynous and chill, with clean lines. We are all going to be wearing our silk pj's during the day, in flats. HALLELUJAH!

More on the fall trends soon, but for now lets see what my gf's are rocking during the day in early September... Lots of loose shorts or leather, paired with either a printed sweater or a simplistic and comfy one, and chill ankle booties (I just got these) or their Converse. One thing we all agreed on was the idea that a bright lip can totally keep your prefall clothes looking festive. As you can see below I (far right) used Urban Decay Saturated Stick in Crush (a.k.a hot pink) on my lips and paired it with a camel colored sweater and my trusty NSF army shorts, which kept my prefall look appropriate pre-beach bar!
